Meet Recap

You really cannot ask for a much nicer day to race and to top that off the course at Boulder Ridge Golf Course is North Dakota valley flat. Those two elements lead to some extremely fast races for the Sartell ladies today. Those efforts were good enough to place 2nd behind state ranked Willmar. These girls can be very proud of their improvements, team work and determination to develop this team into a potential state qualifying team. Ingrid B. continues to lead this team by consistently placing in the top of all our races and today she broke the 19:00 minute barrier by 6 seconds. One of the meets highlights was turned in by Emily D. and Hannah S. who both broke the 20:00 minute barrier for the first time. All the other varsity girls ran their seasons best time. This team is one to keep your eye on as the conference and section championships begin next week.
